I got some puff pastry a week ago to make an appetizer for a holiday party. I had an extra pack, so I used up some homemade meatballs from the fridge and made a calzone type thing.
Meatballs, spaghetti sauce, a couple different kinds of cheese & into the oven for 20 minutes.
It was a hit!
Thanks for all of the well wishes, the flu symptoms are still coming and going, but not as badly. My husband Chris started vacation today just in time to get sick! Hopefully it will be gone after a good night's sleep.

That looks delicious! Wow. Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Hey, did I miss your post that contained a photo of your hubby's kidney stone? LOL

Ooo, I love puff pastry. I'll bet that even sweaty socks will taste good wrapped in puff pastry. So meatballs, spaghetti sauce and cheese in puff pastry will no doubt be yummy. If only I wasn't a vegetarian ;-)
Hope your husband feels better soon and you'll all have healthy and happy holidays.
That looks yummy Pam. I'll have to try it after I make a trip to the grocery. Hubby would enjoy this. Sure hope you and Chris both get feeling all better soon! And hope your boys don't get it!!
