I was a hard core punk rock chick in the mid 80's with a half shaved head & a safety pin through my eyebrow. There aren't really any pictures of that time that survived, so don't ask ;-)
My high school boyfriend of 2 years dumped me at the beginning of senior year. I didn't attend my prom.
I LOVE camping & roughing it in the woods. I have no problem spending a week in one of our tents with no electricity. I can tell you that bathing in Lake Superior when it's 90 degrees outside is possibly the coldest you'll ever be!

Lake Superior...ahhh...awesome. Lake MI is pretty darn cold too but when it's REALLY hot out it feels SO refreshing!

You are very brave. No electricity for a week. And daring to go into the freezing lake...of any of those Great Lakes!
