A Great Giveaway From A Great Friend!

My beautiful friend Jenn is giving away a pashmina on our new blog MacGyver With A Purse.

Since I just announced that my mom has breast cancer, it's going to be a lovely pink pashmina with your name monogrammed on it.

Jenn has been a true long distance blog friend to me and I appreciate all of her support and prayers over this past year or so.

Drop by and leave a comment on MacGyver With A Purse for your chance to win!

I want to thank all of you for your support since I blogged about my mom's cancer. All the prayers and well wishes are more helpful than I can tell you. I'll be sure to keep you all updated on her progress and will taking the next 2 weeks before her surgery to get my head together so I can be the best support I can be.

This is an opportunity for my family to come closer together and really remember what is important this Christmas. I'm going to work my best to surrender my worries to God and pray that he will work through me to know the right things to say & do.

This is the first chance I've had to visit in a while and I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She and you will both be in my prayers! I know God is the only one who can truly bring you both through this difficult time and I will be petitioning heaven in your behalf. *hugs*

Diane of Morning Glory sent me over. I wanted to let you know that you and your mom will be in my prayers. In fact, I am praying right now. My mom is a survivor of breast cancer and is going strong. She is 81 and still mowing her own lawn!! Strong lady as I am sure your mom is!
Hugs

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom!

I came over here from Good Mourning Glory;Diane had a post about it. I will definitely be thinking about your Mom!

I was on another site today and they were blogging about cancer awareness totes. I bought one, not really knowing what to do with it, but now I know. When it comes, I am going to send it to your Mom.

It'll take a little while to get it here, from the company, then to get it to here, but it should get there in time for Christmas! :)
