My favorite flowers are daffodils. The bright yellow kind with the white center ring tinged with red on the edge. Or any daffodil, really! I just want some flowers. The sooner the better - I am so over the snow!

Spring is surely coming when you see the crocuses starting to peek up and out! Even if it should DARE to snow, they bravely carry on with their beautiful spring shades!! Love 'em!

I LOVE irises. These are more of a late spring flower but they are my favorite! I like tulips and crocuses for their bravery to bloom so early but I LOVE my irises!

I was going to say daffodils, but then remembered the tiny lily of the valley. Both of these grow and expand in my woods every year. The latter is my favorite for the fragrance and because it is small and humble.
