Not Me Monday

meme

I did not force my son to help me make a bucket brigade of hot water to free my pot of soup that was frozen on the patio.

I did not make my cat wear a sweatshirt that I knew she would hate, just because I knew it would make me laugh.

I am not so addicted to blogging that I started a third blog...for my dog...

My husband in no way understands how this male lion feels.

Photobucket

I did not fling down & then stomp on a whole stack of paper plates because they are so glued together you cannot seperate them. This would set a bad example for the children.

I did not laugh in my 16 yr. old's face when he tried to broach the subject of a spring break trip to Florida. Okay, I'm lying, I totally laughed in his face, I'm still laughing, BaaaaaHahahahahaha!

I did not spend over $30 on re-usable shopping bags only to leave them in the van every single time I go shopping.

those damn paper plates really piss me off sometimes. but then i know it's my own fault for buying the cheap ones. but i just can't bring myself to buy the more expensive ones. they're paper plates! *sigh!*

i woulda laughed in my 16 yo's face too. waaaaay to young to be prancing about the country on spring break. (even though i did @ 16, but that's beside the point!) would make me a nervous wreck!

glad you were able to rescue your soup! lol

I don't cook - so no need for plates of any kind!!

Meghan went to Myrtle Beach when she was 18 for her spring break and I still just about break out in hives thinking about it - she was the only 18 year old on the trip - UGH - what was I thinking!! I drove down and checked them in and LEFT them - no harm was done - but still!! I was the cool mom - read stooopid!!
Good luck with your guy!

My family has never felt that way about me either. I am always nice and calm. NOT! Unfortunately I think they would tell you an entirely different story!

Spring break....16 yr.old...w/o parents... That is histerical.

I'm using my recycled bags too. It took me a while to get in the habit. Now I snub people as they walk by with all that plastic. haha.

haha, I can totally relate to the spring break thing, it's from my 17 year old.

Thanks for visiting my blog, and the Mall of America, we live about an hour or so away. It's definately not someplace I go very often, but the parking lot is scarier than the mall. Lived here since it was put up and have been there less than 5 times.

I love the lion PMS picture. That is really funny! Every man can relate to that, I bet.

I never seem to remember to bring my reusable bags, either (not that you have a problem with that b/c you said you didn't!). :)

Check out my Not Me! Monday Post.

It wasn't me who laughed out loud at the lion picture.

One time I actually put a reusable bag on my lap to take into the store b/c I can't remember anything anymore. Apparently, I tossed it onto the passenger seat b/c it I didn't have it when I walked in. Pathetic.
